The assets are located on the Maasvlakte business estate adjacent to the Port of Rotterdam, which links cargo ship arrivals from around the world to the road and rail networks of Europe. Dardanellenstraat is easily accessible, which provides direct access to the 15/N15, 900 m to the north-east. The N15 provides a route east towards Rotterdam and wider Germany.
