Park Sochaczew is located just 50km east of Warsaw city centre adjacent to the National Road 92 (Warsaw–Poznań route) and ca. 17 km from the A2 motorway (Warsaw–Berlin route) which can be reached via the National Road 50. Sochaczew benefits from a large and local work force which directly benefits long standing tenants oprating in our assets. The park benefits from having its own railway siding with access to the international railway route Berlin–Moscow and the “New Silk Road” to the far East.

Development potential

The expansion land allows for the potential development of c. 30,100 sq m of lettable area (29,100 sq m warehouse and 1,000 sq m office). The site is zoned for Industrial use. Development approval is now in place following the approval of an amendment to the scheme.

The storage halls are a free-standing single-story object without basement with a height of 12m.

The structure of the halls was made in the form of reinforced concrete column frames and steel trusses of the ceiling. The ceiling was made in a free-span arrangement with high-trapezoidal sheet metal.

The hall is ventilated with wall air intakes (supply) and roof fans (exhaust).

The facility is supplied with propane-butane gas from tanks through a reduction station. The main gas taps are located on the outer wall of the building.
